Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. white vinegar plus 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 (20 oz.) can French-style green beans
  • 1 (20 oz.) can small green peas
  • 1 (20 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1/2 c. chopped pimiento
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Bring salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and water to a boil.

    Cool; stir in oil.

    Mix beans, peas, corn, pimiento, green pepper, celery and onion.

    Pour dressing over vegetables.

    Toss to coat; chill in refrigerator.
