Ingredients

  • 30g butter
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 250g small pasta shapes, cooked (eg. penne, macaroni, farfalle)
  • 1 red capsicum, diced
  • 310g can corn kernels, drained
  • 1 cup grated pumpkin
  • 1 zucchini, finely diced
  • 4 KRAFT Singles, cut into fingers Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06

Directions

    Melt butter over heat in a medium sized saucepan.

    Add onion, saute until translucent, do not brown.

    Add flour, cook, stirring, for 1 minute.

    Gradually add milk, stirring over low heat until the sauce thickens.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Stir until combined.

    Pour mixture in a greased 20 x 30cm casserole dish.

    Top with Singles*.

    Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
