- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 2/3 c. shortening, melted
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Pour melted shortening over sugar.

2Add eggs; sift dry ingredients and mix well.

3Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.
