  • 1 box brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. flour (plain)
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Directions

    Melt margarine; add sugar and mix well.

    Add eggs, salt and baking powder.

    Add flour and mix well.

    Add nuts, then add chocolate chips.

    Pour into a greased or sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.

    Cool before cutting.
