Overnight Breakfast Surprise

  • 8 slices white bread, cubed
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked and cut up
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Layer the first 3 ingredients in 9 x 13-inch sprayed pan.

    Mix eggs, milk and mustard together and pour over layered ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

    Add soup and milk.
