- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. butter, melted
- 2 1/4 c. light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Sift together the dry ingredients.

4In a bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar.

5Add eggs, one at a time. beaten well after each.

6Add the dry ingredients, nuts and chips.
-
7Mix well and put in pan.

8Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean from center. (Makes 32 squares.)
