- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 venison roast
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- Worcestershire sauce
- sliced bacon
Directions

1Combine tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and chopped onion.

2Place the roast on a large sheet of foil in baking dish and cover with bacon slices.

3Pour the tomato sauce mixture over roast.

4Fold and seal foil around the roast. Bake at 300° for 3 hours.
