- 1 lb. brown sugar (2 1/4 c. firmly packed)
- 2/3 c. butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 9 oz. semi-sweet chips (more or less)
Directions

1Stir brown sugar and butter over low heat to melt butter. Cool.

2Beat in the eggs, one at a time.

3Add flour, salt and baking soda.

4Mix well.

5Stir in pecans and semi-sweet chips. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
