- 2 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1 lb. pkg. brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt.

2Melt butter and add to brown sugar.

3Stir until well mixed.

4Allow to cool slightly.

5Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add chopped pecans and chocolate chips.

6Mix well.

7Pour into greased pan, 11 x 15-inch.

8Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. When almost cool, cut into squares.
