  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef and stir in onion.

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Mix together the soup, sour cream, milk and salt and pepper.

    Add potatoes and ground beef.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
