- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and stir in onion.

2Heat oven to 350°.

3Mix together the soup, sour cream, milk and salt and pepper.

4Add potatoes and ground beef.

5Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
