  • 5 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup non instant non-fat powdered milk
  • 1 cup soy flour
  • 1 cup wheat germ, raw
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup water

Directions

    Melt oil, honey and water in a small saucepan.

    In a large bowl combine with dry ingredients.

    Spread on cookie sheets

    Bake at 300 degrees until lightly browned about 15 -20 minute.
