- 1 ounce Aperol (bitter orange Italian aperitif)
- 3/4 ounce gin, preferably Tanqueray
- 1/4 ounce creme de mure (blackberry liqueur)
- 3/4 ounce Ruby Red grapefruit juice
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 orange twist studded with 3 cloves, for garnish
Directions

1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2Add the Aperol, gin, creme de mure, grapefruit juice, orange bitters and Angostura bitters and shake well.

3Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the clove-studded orange twist.
