Ingredients: Ice; 1 ounce Aperol (bitter orange Italian aperitif); 3/4 ounce gin, preferably Tanqueray; 1/4 ounce creme de mure (blackberry liqueur); 3/4 ounce Ruby Red grapefruit juice; 2 dashes of orange bitters; 2 dashes of Angostura bitters; 1 orange twist studded with 3 cloves, for garnish

1/4 ounce creme de mure (blackberry liqueur)
3/4 ounce Ruby Red grapefruit juice
2 dashes of orange bitters
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 orange twist studded with 3 cloves, for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add the Aperol, gin, creme de mure, grapefruit juice, orange bitters and Angostura bitters and shake well.

Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the clove-studded orange twist.
