- 2 lb. Ricotta
- 1 oz. anisette
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well (except ladyfingers).

2Make 2 days before ready to use.

3Line 9-inch spring-form pan on sides and bottom with lady fingers.

4Then put half of the Ricotta mixture, another layer of ladyfingers and a second layer of Ricotta mixture over top.

5Top with ladyfingers.

6Cover with whipped cream on top and sides.
