  • 1/2 pkg. cornbread, Pepperidge Farm
  • 1 small pkg. plain bread crumbs, Pepperidge Farm
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • turkey broth and water to make one quart
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Boil onion and celery in broth until tender.

    Add margarine to broth to melt.

    Mix onions, celery, and beaten egg with broth and margarine. Pour over cornbread and bread crumbs and mix.

    Put in buttered casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes until brown.
