- 1 lb. Kraft or Velveeta cheese
- 1/3 c. milk
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 (8 oz.) jar pimiento with juice
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Heat and stir cheese and milk until blended; add vinegar, sugar, pimiento and egg.

2Cook until slightly thick, about 15 to 20 minutes, continuously stirring.

3Remove from heat and add mayonnaise.

4This recipe makes about 1-quart and will keep indefinitely in covered jar in refrigerator.
