  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 (2 layer) German chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Combine margarine, cake mix and 2 eggs in mixer bowl.

    Mix well. Batter will be stiff.

    Spoon into greased cake pan.

    Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar in mixer bowl until light. Beat in 2 eggs.

    Mix in coconut and pecans.

    Spread over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
