  • 2 c. diced raw potatoes
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 6 to 7 franks, thinly sliced and uncolored
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    In 3-quart saucepan, combine potatoes, vegetables, onion, parsley flakes, bouillon cubes and salt.

    Add 1 cup water; bring to a boil.

    Cover and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
