- 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. cold milk
- 1 c. milk, scalded
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavor
- 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
- 9 oz. graham cracker crust
- 1 c. your favorite cookies
Directions

1In blender, sprinkle gelatine over cold milk; let stand for 2 minutes.

2Add hot milk and process at low until dissolved, about 2 minutes.

3Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until blended.

4Arrange chocolate in bottom of crust.

5Pour in gelatine mixture.

6Sprinkle with crushed cookies.

7Chill until firm, about 2 hours.

8Makes 10 servings.
