Margarita Bites

Directions

   Spray JELL-O Party Mold lightly with cooking spray; place on tray.

   Sprinkle zest evenly onto bottoms of molds.

   Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.

   until completely dissolved.

   Stir in tequila and lime juice.

   Refrigerate 20 min.

   or until gelatin is thickened but not set.

   Spoon gelatin mixture into prepared mold.

   Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

    Run knife around edges of molds to loosen gelatin; unmold onto tray.

    Garnish with salt.
