- 2 (16 1/2-ounce) packages chocolate chip cookie dough (recommended: Nestle Tollhouse)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 ounces chopped semisweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup toffee chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a nonstick 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick spray.

2Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared pizza pan.

3Bake for 25 minutes.

4Remove the pizza from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.

5Remove from the pan.

6Meanwhile, bring the heavy cream to a gentle simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat.

7Add the chopped chocolate to a medium bowl.

8Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir to melt.

9Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.

10Top the pizza with the cooled ganache.

11Sprinkle with toffee chips and pecans.

12Slice into wedges.
