  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Bring margarine, oil, water and cocoa to boil. Pour over flour and sugar.

    Blend well.

    Add eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, soda and buttermilk.

    Pour into well-greased cookie sheet (15 x 10 x 1-inch).

    Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
