- 1 box yellow or chocolate cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 c. milk
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (I use the juice instead of water in the cake)
- large Cool Whip
- coconut and chopped nuts
Directions

1Bake cake on 15 x 11-inch or 15 x 12-inch cook sheet at 350° for 15 minutes.

2Beat together cream cheese, pudding and milk. Have cream cheese at room temperature.

3Spread this on top of cooled cake.

4Spread pineapple on top of the pudding.

5Spread large Cool Whip on top of pineapple.

6Sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts.

7Chill in refrigerator; keep cooled.
