- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried
Directions

1In a blender or food processor, puree the cottage cheese, milk, lemon juice, mustard and garlic until smooth.

3Stir in the parsley and basil (another herb may be used for variety).

4If too thick, thin with skim milk or non-fat yogurt.
