- 8 oz. soft cream cheese
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. any red gelatin
- 1/4 c. milk
- fruit for dipping
Directions

1Put cream cheese in small bowl.

2Add gelatin and milk to cream cheese.

3Beat with wire whisk until well blended and smooth.

4Put mixture into serving bowl.

5Put bowl into refrigerator to chill until serving time.

6Take bowl out of refrigerator.

7Let dip stand at room temperature to soften slightly (about 15 minutes).

8Place bowl on large plate.

9Arrange dipping size pieces of fruit on plate around serving bowl.

10Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dip.
