- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound tofu drained
- 4 teaspoons seasoning country style chicken, vegetarian
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons yeast flakes not baking yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chives fresh chopped, put on top after cooking
Directions

1Wash, drain and mash tofu with fork or potato masher.

2In a skillet saute onions and mushrooms in oil until soft.

3Add remaining ingredients and stir together until slightly browned.
