- 1 onion, sliced in rings
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Heat sugar, tomato soup and cooking oil to boiling.

2Cool 10 minutes and pour over carrots, onion and pepper.

3Cover tightly and let stand overnight in refrigerator. These will keep for several days.
