Ingredients

  • 3 cans crinkle-cut carrots
  • 1 onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar

Directions

    Heat sugar, tomato soup and cooking oil to boiling.

    Cool 10 minutes and pour over carrots, onion and pepper.

    Cover tightly and let stand overnight in refrigerator. These will keep for several days.
