- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. + 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 10 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 bunch green onions, trimmed and sliced
Directions

1Combine butter, cream cheese and 1 cup flour with a pastry blender until crumbly.

2Press into pie plate to form crust. Refrigerate.

3Preheat oven to 350°.

4Cook spinach until tender. Drain and blot on paper towels to remove all excess water.

5In a large bowl combine spinach and 2 Tablespoons flour.

6Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

7Pour mixture into chilled shell and bake 1 hour or until set.
