  • 2 lb. sliced carrots
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook carrots until fork tender; drain.

    Add green pepper and onion.

    Mix together tomato soup, salad oil, vinegar, prepared mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

    Combine all and let stand to marinate several hours or overnight.
