- 2 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. Season-All
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. brandy
- 12 tiny onions
- 12 whole mushrooms
- 1 tsp. rosemary leaves
- 1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 c. dry red wine
Directions

1Mix flour, Season-All, paprika, pepper and nutmeg in a paper bag.

2Shake chicken pieces until evenly coated.

3Brown slowly in hot butter.

4Without removing from heat, pour brandy over chicken. Light immediately and flame.

5Add mushrooms, onions, seasonings and wine.

6Cover and simmer for 1 hour until tender.
