  • 4 to 6 boneless chicken pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. white wine
