- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 2 c. Water
- 5 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 pieces Fresh Ginger Root
- 6 Cloves
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 c. Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 16 oz. White Rum
Directions

1Mix water, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.

2Boil.

3For 15 minutes in a blender, place egg yolks and cinnamon, ginger, clover mixture. Add rest of ingredients and blend.

4Serve with ice.
