- 3 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
- 6 slices thin ham
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into 6 sticks
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
Directions

1Pound chicken.

2Season with salt.

3Place ham and cheese on each.

4Tuck in sides and roll, pressing to seal.

5Coat with flour. Lightly brown in butter; place in a baking dish.

6Stir mushrooms, water, wine and Heinz 57 sauce in butter in skillet.

7Heat and pour over chicken.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender. Thicken sauce and serve with rice.
