- 6 chicken breasts, deboned, deskinned and tenderized
- 6 thin slices ham
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 to 1 c. cooking oil
- 6 half slices Swiss cheese
- 1 to 2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat cooking oil in medium size frying pan.

2Layer the following ingredients in the following order:

3one chicken breast, one slice of ham and a half slice of Swiss cheese.

4Roll the layered ingredients.

5Use toothpicks to assure your roll is secure. Repeat until all chicken breasts are in a roll.

6You should have 6 different rolls.

7Dip the rolled chicken in the beaten eggs and then roll in the bread crumbs.

8Once breaded, cook in cooking oil until browned.

9Serve hot with a wine sauce poured over the top.
