- 4 boneless veal or pork cutlets
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Pound meat until 1/4-inch thick.

3Place one slice each of ham and cheese in center of each piece.

4Roll up, beginning at narrow end.

5Secure with wooden picks.

6Mix flour, salt and pepper together.

7Coat rolls in mixture and then dip into egg.

8Then roll in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until brown. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
