  • 4 boneless veal or pork cutlets
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • oil
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Pound meat until 1/4-inch thick.

    Place one slice each of ham and cheese in center of each piece.

    Roll up, beginning at narrow end.

    Secure with wooden picks.

    Mix flour, salt and pepper together.

    Coat rolls in mixture and then dip into egg.

    Then roll in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until brown. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
