  • 6 oz. corkscrew macaroni
  • 3 c. cooked diced chicken (2 large breasts)
  • 1/2 c. Italian dressing
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 c. ripe olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cook macaroni. Mix Italian dressing with macaroni while hot. Cool and add cooked chicken breast. Mix remaining ingredients and add to mixture and chill. Serves 6.
