- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
- 1 can drained whole kernel corn
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.

3Place chicken halves in single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle with seasonings.

4In large bowl, combine stuffing mix, corn, water and butter.

5Mix well.

6Spoon over chicken.

7In same bowl, combine soup, milk and parsley.

8Mix well.

9Pour over chicken.

10Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes.

11Uncover and bake 30 more minutes or until stuffing is golden brown.
