- 3 c. whole kernel corn
- 1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat
- 1 c. butter
- 1 pt. heavy whipped cream
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. diced garlic
- 1 c. flour
- 2 1/2 qt. shellfish stock
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
- salt and white pepper
Directions

1In a 2 gallon stockpot, melt butter over medium-high heat.

2Add corn, onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic.

3Saute five to ten minutes or until vegetables are wilted.
