  • 3 c. whole kernel corn
  • 1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 pt. heavy whipped cream
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. diced garlic
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 qt. shellfish stock
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
  • salt and white pepper

    In a 2 gallon stockpot, melt butter over medium-high heat.

    Add corn, onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic.
