- 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can yellow hominy, drained
- 1 can chopped green chilies (medium)
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine corn, hominy, green chilies, sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.

2Mix well.

3Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Sprinkle rest of cheese on top; cook for 15 more minutes.

5Makes 8 to 10 servings.
