  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can yellow hominy, drained
  • 1 can chopped green chilies (medium)
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine corn, hominy, green chilies, sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.

    Mix well.

    Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Sprinkle rest of cheese on top; cook for 15 more minutes.
