  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour or multi-grain flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 Tbsp. dark molasses
  • 1 c. thawed frozen corn kernels
  • dash of cinnamon
