  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. (1 oz.) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (1 c.)
  • 1 can (4 1/4 oz.) chopped ripe olives, drained
  • 1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
  • Tortilla chips, if desired

    Beat cream cheese and dressing mix in large bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except tortilla chips. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips. This has 1 gram carbohydrate.
