  • 1/3 c. bell pepper
  • 1/3 c. onions
  • 16 oz. Cheez Whiz
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
