Corn And Rice Casserole

- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small jar pimentos
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in butter until tender.

2Add other ingredients, except rice.

3Put rice in bottom of casserole; pour other ingredients over it.

4Mix well and top with grated cheese. Cook at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and browned.
