- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 14 cup maple syrup
- 4 slices bacon, finely diced
- 1 medium sweet onion, finely diced
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions

1In a saute pan, saute corn and maple syrup until caramelized; set aside in a bowl.

2In same skillet, add bacon and cook until almost crisp, drain fat, add onion and cook until translucent.

3Add corn mixture back to pan and cook through for 3 more minutes.

4Serve.
