- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing croutons
- 3 c. cooked whole kernel corn
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter until entirely tender; set aside to cool.

2In bowl, combine croutons, corn, eggs, water, salt and onion mixture; mix well.

3Shape into 8 to 10 balls.

4Place in ungreased shallow baking dish, uncovered, at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Serves 8 to 10.
