  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 3 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing croutons
  • 3 c. cooked whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    In saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter until entirely tender; set aside to cool.

    In bowl, combine croutons, corn, eggs, water, salt and onion mixture; mix well.

    Shape into 8 to 10 balls.

    Place in ungreased shallow baking dish, uncovered, at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Serves 8 to 10.
