- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 hot red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. uniodized salt
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Use first 3 ingredients for each pint jar.

2Place 1/2 teaspoon dill weed in bottom of jar.

3Wash okra; place in jar.

4Add other 1/2 teaspoon dill.

5Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.

6Pour over okra in jar.
-
7Seal and allow to stand for 2 weeks before eating.
