  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 hot red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 qt. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. uniodized salt
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Use first 3 ingredients for each pint jar.

    Place 1/2 teaspoon dill weed in bottom of jar.

    Wash okra; place in jar.
  4. 4
    Add other 1/2 teaspoon dill.
  5. 5
    Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.

    Pour over okra in jar.

    Seal and allow to stand for 2 weeks before eating.
