  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (18 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in 1/4 cup butter until tender.

    Add corn, water, salt, stuffing mix and eggs.

    Shape into 10 balls and put in a 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over and bake 30 minutes at 375°.
