  • 12 oz. can Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 15 oz. can French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo

Directions

    Mix the first 5 ingredients and place in a buttered 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch pan.

    Mix together the crushed crackers, slivered almonds and melted oleo.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
