- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In large skillet crush garlic with salt to a paste.

2Add butter and oil; heat.

3Add shrimp and fry gently, stirring often, for 5 to 10 minutes (until done).

4Remove from heat; add lemon juice and garnish with parsley.

5Serves 3 to 4.
