- 2 cans French-style green beans, drained
- 1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
- 3/4 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except crackers and butter, in a casserole dish.

2Crumble crackers; put over mix.

3Pour melted margarine over mix.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
