  • 1 c. white Shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 c. French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except crackers, pour into casserole dish. Spread crushed crackers on top.

    Bake at 300° for 45 minutes, until top is golden brown and crunchy.
