- 1 c. white Shoepeg corn, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. French-cut green beans, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except crackers, pour into casserole dish. Spread crushed crackers on top.

2Dot with butter.

3Bake at 300° for 45 minutes, until top is golden brown and crunchy.
